How long will it take for me to receive my order? |

The jewellery is made to order and so you can also specify lengths or colours at time of ordering. Generally orders are despatched within 3 business days. If you require an extra fast service please contact us via the enquiry page. |

Can I return a piece of jewellery that I find to be unsuitable?
Yes any order can be returned within 7 days of its receipt. Presuming that the item is unworn, returned in its original packaging and returned by registered post. Refund of jewellery item/s will be issued immediately upon return, postage costs will not be refunded. |

What is Paypal? How do I use it? |

Paypal is becoming a very popular way to do business on the Internet. The reason being that the only people who will have your credit card or bank account information is Paypal. What shipping options do I have? |

We ship to all countries and addresses using Registered Post which will require a signature on arrival. This costs €6 flat rate to all locations.
You can also request Express Post (within Ireland only) which is faster and does not require a signature and is also the same cost €6
Orders are usually shipped within 2 days of ordering.
Within Ireland shipping will generally take 1-2 days to arrive from dispatch and within the EU and USA shipping will take approx 3-10 days to arrive from dispatch.
If you would like to receive your order faster we can quote you for FedEx or DHL shipping options. |

Can I buy and send your jewellery as a gift? |

Yes thats no problem, just give us the name and address of the recipient and we will gift wrap your purchase and we can also include a gift card. We will send a copy of the purchase invoice directly to you instead. |

How do I place a special order? |
| |
We love to make and design special pieces for our clients.. All you need to do is fill in the Enquiry form with some brief ideas of what you are looking for.. You can alter a piece already shown on the website or we can start from the beginning... We can produce special order pieces in about 7-10 days. |
